Our gold jewelry is custom made just for you. Kindly allow 2-3 weeks for us to make and ship your order.
If you need something quicker than this, please email us directly at customercare@catorilife.com so we can provide expedition information.
Gold orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We recommend placing an order for bronze first to ensure the size and design are perfect for you. Then, the bronze piece can be exchanged & applied to your solid gold version.

We ship globally - All shipments come with tracking and we offer optional insurance at checkout through Route.
Our orders typically ship fast within 1-3 business days, so that you can enjoy your jewelry as soon as possible.
Need to exchange an item? Click here to initiate your exchange of unworn, undamaged jewelry within 30 days for domestic orders and 45 days for international orders. Please make sure to keep your original packaging and order slip to include in the package so that we can process your exchange. Please note, we do not accept returns at this time.

Make sure to remove your jewelry before swimming in chlorinated or high high mineral waters. When not wearing please store your pieces in a safe, clean and dry location.
