Orders are shipped Tuesdays and Thursdays from Santa Fe, NM. Please note that we personally make, package and ship your order. We try our best to have our pieces in stock so they are ready to ship but in some cases pieces are made to order. 
Silver and Gold orders are custom made and can take 2-4 weeks, please kindly allow this time for your order to be thoughtfully created and shipped unless otherwise agreed upon.  If you need something by a specific date or need an order rushed please contact us directly at  and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout.  They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.  Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
