GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES

We are a small, intentional brand with real people lovingly caring for each order. We truly appreciate your patience and kindness, especially during busy seasons.

What to expect:

  • Free USPS shipping on domestic orders over $200

  • Easy 30-day exchanges

  • All shipments include tracking

  • In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days
    (This may extend during sales due to volume)

Shipping delays can occur due to severe weather or country-wide strikes. While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays outside of our control.



DOMESTIC USA ORDERS

  • Orders over $200 qualify for free economy USPS First Class shipping

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days

  • USPS First Class is an economy service and delays may occur

  • For guaranteed delivery dates, we recommend choosing UPS

  • UPS 2-Day and Overnight shipping options are available
    (No P.O. boxes, rates calculated at checkout)

Please note that shipping timeframes do not include processing time and are based on business days.

All fine jewelry orders are shipped signature required, unless otherwise requested.



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • We offer worldwide delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

  • Estimated delivery time via USPS First Class International is 2–4 weeks

USPS First Class International orders are handed off to the local postal service in the destination country. If delivery issues arise, please contact your local postal service first. If additional support is needed, our care team is always happy to help.

Expedited International Shipping
UPS expedited worldwide shipping is available and recommended if you’re on a timeline or want more delivery control. While UPS cannot guarantee international delivery times, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.

Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes are not included at checkout and are determined by the destination country’s customs agency. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected upon delivery.

If a package is refused or unclaimed at customs, we can issue a refund or reship once the package is safely returned to us. Return fees charged by couriers may apply and will be deducted from the refund.



FREE 30-DAY EXCHANGES

While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to offer exchanges.

  • Domestic exchanges accepted within 30 days

  • International exchanges accepted within 45 days

  • Jewelry must be unworn and undamaged

Please initiate your exchange through our exchange system. It will guide you step by step and offer either store credit or an exchange.

Please include original packaging and your order slip with your return. Exchanges are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receipt, though delays may occur during sales.

Important notes:

  • All exchanges must be approved through the exchange system

  • Unapproved, worn, or damaged returns cannot be accepted

  • Necklaces must be returned in the original zipper bag with the clasp fastened and outside the zipper to prevent tangling

  • Chains arriving tangled beyond repair cannot be accepted

Final Sale Items
All gold, perfumes, Artifact pieces (gold and silver), and items discounted over 30% of MSRP are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.



REPAIRS

We’re happy to help with repairs when possible.

  • Repairs may be available within 1 year of purchase

  • Repair fees and shipping charges may apply

  • Not all pieces are repairable

If a repair is not possible, we offer recycling options and can assist with replacement if appropriate.

For repair inquiries, please email customercare@catorilife.com  with:

  • Your name

  • Photos of the damage

  • Description of the issue

  • Proof of purchase or order number

We reserve the right to decline unreasonable repair or exchange requests.



CORSO DELIVERY GUARANTEE

We partner with Corso to provide peace-of-mind coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Corso also supports verified carbon offset projects, making your shipment carbon neutral.

Corso is automatically added at checkout, though you may opt out.

If selected, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to file a claim if needed. You can file a claim HERE.

While optional, we highly recommend Corso for a smoother resolution if anything unexpected occurs.

Please note: If Corso coverage is declined, we are unable to replace or refund lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
