Our custom pieces are made just for you. Kindly allow an estimated 2-4 weeks for us to make and ship your order.
If you need something quicker than this, or within a gaurunteed time-frame, please email us directly at customercare@catorilife.com so we can provide expedition information.
These items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We recommend placing an order for bronze first (if available) to ensure the size and design are perfect for you. Then, the bronze piece can be exchanged & applied to your solid gold version.

Need to exchange an item? Click here to initiate your exchange of unworn, undamaged jewelry within 30 days for domestic orders and 45 days for international orders. Please make sure to keep your original packaging and order slip to include in the package so that we can process your exchange. Please note, we do not accept returns at this time | Gold, Perfume, and items discounted over 30% off MSRP are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
