1. Program Description

Catori Life LLC ("Catori Life," "we," "us," or "our") offers a recurring text-message marketing program (the "SMS Program") through our SMS provider, Attentive Mobile, Inc. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (such as cart reminders, new product alerts, sales, and special offers) from Catori Life at the mobile number you provided when you signed up.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to the SMS Program in any of the following ways:

• By entering your mobile number and submitting the sign-up form on our website (including pop-ups, footer forms, or landing pages)
• By checking the SMS opt-in box at checkout
• By texting our keyword to our designated short code or number as instructed in our marketing materials

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can buy from us without signing up for SMS.

3. Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Catori Life does not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier may charge you for sending or receiving texts.

4. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS Program at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us, and you will be unsubscribed. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed; after that, you will not receive any further marketing texts from us.

If you want to rejoin later, simply sign up again as described in Section 2.

6. Carriers and Delivery

We send messages through major US wireless carriers, including (but not limited to) AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) and the account holder of, or have permission to use, the mobile phone number you submit. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

8. Privacy

Information you provide when signing up for the SMS Program (such as your mobile number) is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number or your SMS opt-in data to third parties for their marketing purposes. We share this information with our SMS service provider (Attentive Mobile, Inc.) solely to operate the SMS Program. Attentive's privacy practices are described at attentive.com/privacy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by text message or email before they take effect. Your continued participation in the SMS Program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The SMS Program is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catori Life is not liable for any delays, missed messages, or any other issues arising from your participation in the SMS Program. Our full Terms of Service, including limitations of liability, also apply.
