I am so sorry you had a bad experience. We really strive for excellence in everything we do and I apologize you are not happy. Unfortunately we have no control over shipping these days because of Covid, there are many delays. We do mention in our Jewelry Care section that bronze is an alloy of copper, and because of this sometimes there can be a slight reaction with ones personal body chemistry and cause a greenish hue, which although we agree can be annoying, is not harmful. We don't coat our jewelry in chemical coatings to prevent this because for health reasons we don't mind have the copper on our skin, and don't want to expose our customers to chemicals. We recommend silver or gold for anyone who has an issue with this.
As for the bracelets, we do list our measurements on the website, most cuffs are adjustable and some bangles come in larger sizes. I also just want to let you know, that our pieces are not mass produced, but hand cast in small batches, ethically, in the US where we pay fair wages and use ethical materials... so yes, our prices are higher than mass produced factory made jewelry.
