BRONZE JEWELRY

Our Bronze Jewelry is Ethically made, locally here in New Mexico, from recycled metals. We love bronze because it carries a rustic look and feel. Its pretty and shiny when polished but ages beautifully as well. Bronze is an alloy of copper. Because of the copper content sometimes bronze jewelry can cause the skin it touches to turn a greenish hue. This is not harmful and does not mean the jewelry is poorly made. 
Care
To maintain the shine of your bronze jewelry use a polishing cloth regularly to restore its lustre.  Make sure to remove your jewelry before swimming or showering and store in a safe, clean and dry location.
If you love that rustic look the bronze can acquire then no extra care is needed.

CARE | 10k or 14k Gold is a great option for a more active lifestyle because it is stronger and scratches and bends less than 18k or 24k gold. 
Gold is a precious metal that should be cared for to maintain its value and beauty. Gently clean your gold jewelry with a soft cloth and warm water, or a soft jewelry polishing cloth to restore its glow and keep clean from light buildup from daily activities. Make sure to remove your jewelry before swimming or showering and store in a safe, clean and dry location.

All orders are shipped from Santa Fe, NM. Please note that we are a small business and we personally make, package and ship your order. We try our best to have our pieces in stock so they are ready to ship but in some cases pieces are made to order. Kindly allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be thoughtfully created and shipped. 

** Just to be clear, If you choose 2 day priority shipping it DOES NOT mean you will receive it within 2 days. It means that once we make and process your order we will SHIP it priority rather than first class.

  • We happily offer free shipping for orders over $100 via USPS Priority or First Class Mail with tracking worldwide.
  • Signatures are required for orders over $500.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Worldwide shipping available with free shipping on orders over $100 USD.  All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class. Please allow 10-21 business days for your order to arrive. 

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout.  They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.  Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

14 DAY EXCHANGE

We want you to be happy with your new jewelry and we offer a 14 day exchange policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your new pieces you can contact us directly at customercare@catorilife.com to  exchange your item within 14 days of delivery. We will send you a complimentary return label to make the exchange as easy for you as possible.

We must be notified of  exchanges within 14 days of receipt on unworn jewelry.

** This does not apply to sale items, custom made or solid Gold orders. 

 CANCELLATIONS  

If you would like to cancel an order please contact us within 24 hours. For all exchanges please email customercare@catorilife.com

 

All custom made gold jewelry as well as sale pieces are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.

Please include your name, photo of the damage, description and proof of purchase. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. We will do our best to help you. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs and exchanges.
